TAASIT has selected Tennessee Healthcare as its Workers’ Compensation Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) network. Tennessee Healthcare has a carefully designed network of over 150 hospitals and 12,000 providers across the State covering every small town and big city in the state.  As an employer, you can help us control medical costs by utilizing the Tennessee Healthcare PPO network whenever possible.  Under Tennessee law, employers are required to post a panel of physicians at the workplace from which an employee may select a physician.  Ideally, the panel physicians you select should include providers from our PPO network.  These providers have contracted to provide quality care at a negotiated rate in exchange helping us contain medical costs, which helps keep your premiums down.

How do I find a health care provider in my area?

To find a medical provider in your area please click on our find a doctor link. Beginning on July 1, 2004 Tennessee employers are required to present a panel of physicians to an injured employee.  These forms must be signed by the injured employee indicating their preferred medical provider.  The final edition of this form has not been published by the State of Tennessee, so please use the “Posted panel physician” form on the Participant Services page until we get the new form.  Check back with us soon.
